Are you organized, responsive, and passionate about supporting teachers and schools? Simplify Learning, LLC is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented contractor to help support customer service for our writing program, Simplify Writing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with educators, staying organized, and helping customers have a positive experience.
In this role, you’ll:
- Monitor, sort, and respond to customer service emails
- Generate and send digital quotes for schools and districts
- Assist customers with general program questions and support
- Maintain organized communication records and follow up as needed
- Provide timely and professional communication with educators and school staff

Qualifications:

 Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage tasks and respond promptly without direct supervision
- Experience using Simplify Writing is preferred
- Experience working in education or with schools is a plusÂ
